　　尽量简单直白

　　通知的写作一般以告知主要信息为目的，切勿为了凑字数而写了一大堆不必要的话，非常容易写多错多。

　　通知一般为讲座，校园通知等，主要的信息必然包含主题，时间，地点，也即是什么，什么时候，在哪里。

　　因此在写作时一定要清晰地写清楚以上三点。

　　在可运用的模板上，参考以下：

　　1.开头

　　(1)........will be held in our school (我们学校将会举办........)

　　(2) our school is going to hold for a........(我们学校将会举办)

　　2.讲述主题：

　　(1)........will be discussed/talked about in this lecutre(讲座)/meeting(会议) (本场会议将会讨论......)

　　(2)this......will talk about.....

　　3.列举主要信息：

　　(1)We invited ........(名人或教授) for this meeting

　　(2)......will come for this lecture/meeting

　　(3)the holding time is from.....to.....(从几点到几点)in 25th of May / 25th May 2022

　　(4)the holding time is at...(具体的时间点) in(日月年)

　　(举办时间在.......)

　　(5)the location in at....(地点在...)

　　4.添加内容：

　　可以说一些具有吸引力的话比如：

　　We sured that it can make you feel very impressive!

　　或者

　　We believe that is will be very exciting!

　　5.最后加上常用的结尾话：

　　We are looking forward to your coming.

　　全部整合到一起的话就是：

　　Dear....

　　.....will be held in our school and this.....will talk about......。

　　We invited........(人) for our...... so we sured that it can make you feel very impressive!

　　In addtion(此外), the holding time is from.....to.....in 25th May 2022 and the location is at......

　　(可补充：attending this lecture/meeting will give us a lot, like enlarging our horizon.)

　　We are looking forward to your coming!(在结束前可以再适当加些话语比如参加这个讲座或者会议我们能够得到什么，具体视要求而定，但是上述的基本信息是必须要有的!!)
